Always Be Curious

Julie's stories begin in the little moments with her family: a funny phrase, a thoughtful question, or a new way of looking at something familiar. Then it gets tucked away until the time is right.

Children often create intuitively while adults are still trying to make everything make sense. Watching her sons move through the world in their own remarkable ways, she learned—imagination does not need permission, and some of the best stories begin before the world teaches us to overthink.

Through stories filled with wonder, humor, heart, and possibility, Julie invites readers to look closely, listen to understand, and meet themselves, each other, and the world with curiosity.

Julie lives in St. Pete Beach with her husband, John; sons, Harper and Ashton; and pets, Lucy the Bernedoodle, Scobie the Scottie and Marnie the hedgehog.
